Margie Gardner
Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer
Margie most recently served as Senior Vice President, King Pharmaceuticals
where she was responsible for significant growth in profits and advancing
the portfolio pipeline. She has over twenty-five years US and international
pharmaceutical experience. Previously, Margie was Worldwide Executive Director
for Merck. Before joining Merck, she was Executive Director for GlaxoSmithKline.
She began her career at SmithKline and held various global and US Leadership
positions in Sales, Marketing, Strategy Development, General Administration
and Finance. Margie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration
from Drexel University.
Dan McCall
Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer
Dan most recently served as Senior Vice President King Pharmaceuticals,
Sales and Operations. He has over twenty years of pharmaceutical experience
with expertise in Sales and Marketing, Sales Force sizing and structure,
Managed Markets, and Alliance Management. Dan has led small and large Specialty
Commercial Operations. He launched four specialty sales forces and built
the supporting organizations. Prior to 1997, he held various positions at
Glaxo Pharmaceuticals and The Upjohn Company. Dan has a Bachelor of Science
in Biology from Milligan College and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
Michael Worne, FCA
Vice President Business Development
Michael most recently served as President, MW Consulting. He is a Chartered
Accountant with over 17 years of global pharmaceutical experience. He held
various leadership positions at SmithKline Beecham as Pharmaceutical Sector
Planner Organizational Redesign, Director Strategic Product Development.
He began his career at Robson Rhodes in London and later with Peat Marwick
Mitchell. He has a demonstrated track record in acquisitions and disposals
with international experience in Finance, Business Development, Strategic
Product Development, Organizational Redesign and Marketing. Michael is a
qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England &
Wales.
